About the
Ride: After each day on the trail, ranch camps will provide a chance for respite, a laugh or two, and an opportunity to learn about the history of Billy the Kid. Many of the people who live on the land that Billy once rode over have “Billy Stories” that are fun and entertaining to hear. You will long remember the warm hospitality and excellent food of our ranch camp hosts and caterers. The cowboy taxi service will be available to transport your gear from camp to camp and/or to rescue tired travelers...man or beast. The
ride is a “Wild at Heart” sort of adventure. An unforgettable eight days of
enchanted New Mexico, over 125 miles and seven ranch camps, starry skies and
campfires, history and memories to last a lifetime. Riders will be accepted on a first-pay, first-ride basis. There will be additional charges for riders needing special arrangements. Contact Rex Buchman for more information. Read Rex's invitation letter. Riders needing to rent a horse please contact Rex Buchman, our Trail Boss: BillyTheKidTrailRide@yahoo.com , Cell: (620) 794-5332 There are elements
of endurance on this ride! Music: Kip Calahan, Ride Em Cowboy www.cdbaby.com/kipcalahan |
